On with the review!
We live in a very small town and do not have any pools in our area. We have one pond at a neighbor’s home, however, the horses bathe and drink there. So I don’t really want to take my chances swimming there, eh?
I asked a few people on my personal facebook page if they had heard of, or used, Ear Bandit products. Three people responded saying that yes, they did – and they LOVED this product line. So that’s good to know. There are three first hand testimonials and you just can’t beat word of mouth, right?
A fabulous friend of mine, Dori, offered to test the ear plugs on my behalf. I mailed a pair to her and this is the feedback I received:
- I have used the ear plugs twice now for swimming and a few more times in the shower. I really like them. They seem a little softer than the other brands and because of that tend to be easier to shape and mod to fit properly over the ear canal (or ear opening-whatever it is called, lol!) I normally wouldn’t have chosen colored ones because I don’t like to draw attention to my ear situation but my kids thought the purple was cool and with them being colored vs clear/white they are easier to find if they do happen to fall out. I’ve had that happen w/other brands and lost them because I couldn’t see them in the pool. Though I wish my ear would drain normally so I wouldn’t have to wear ear plugs, I will definitely be wearing this brand vs the others.
Thanks, Dori!
The Putty Buddies ear plugs sell for just $1.50 or 3 pairs for 4 bucks. Can’t beat that! The Ear Bandits are $13.95 each or 3 for $40. You can also purchase the Ear Bandit with putty inside for $14.95 each or 3 or $42.
Products can be purchased at numerous retailers across the nation, or Online at the Ear Bandit site.
