When did this business start up and why?
In 2009 I saw the need for families to have assistance in finding and scheduling reliable safe and well qualified nannies, babysitters and newborn care specialists.
What need are you filling for the market?
Saving families time by recruiting, interviewing and placing childcare providers in homes.
What’s your favorite thing about running a business?
Very rewarding to provide families with the best match and care for their children and to find jobs for nannies with quality families.
What’s your least favorite thing about running a business?
I’m a former nanny myself, of 16+ years. In your opinion, what makes a great nanny/sitter?
A great nanny has a genuine passion for spending time with children. They are reliable, patient, resourceful, creative, educated, and able to multi-task. They keep a child’s safety in mind and are able to respond in an emergency. They understand how to be a great role model.
