SwimZip (review) : UV shirts for kids
We recently received a SwimZip for review and had every intention of using the top during our family holiday. It rained, poured and even SNOWED on our final day there so…sadly, we haven’t yet seen the SwimZip in action.
When the package arrived, however, my daughter was so excited to wear it; she SLEPT in the top that night. LOL
Although our family resides in Arizona we live up North. We used to live in the Valley, years ago, where the temps rose to 120 in the summer time. Every neighborhood there is adorned with pools and the risk of sunburn and skin cancer is high.
That said, I greatly appreciate any swimwear that offers UV protection and parental assurance of safety!
Why choose the SwimZip?
* UPF 50+ rash guard
* Full zipper front
* Flat seams
* Quality stretch lycra/nylon construction
* Zipper flap for safer zipping
* Chlorine resistant
* Comfy tagless neck

Sorry about the weather, but we’re in AZ too. This SwimZips sound perfect, I can’t wait to buy one! We spend so much time in the backyard at our pool and well, sunscreen is still a pain. I thought the kids would get used to it, but it’s still a fight every day.
Shara – will you let me know when you do use your SwimZip! I’d love to know what you thought about the product and your daughter while she is swimming and playing in it!
Thank you,
Maggie
Hi Maggie: We were up North where it gets cold. I love the cooler weather here!
It’s not so good for swimming, however.
Thanks for the comment and enjoy your SwimZip!
